Job Purpose
We are seeking a skilled Irrigation Draftsman to support our Landscape Construction and Maintenance projects by preparing accurate irrigation shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documentation in accordance with project specifications and standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare irrigation shop drawings based on approved IFC drawings and design intent.
- Coordinate with Irrigation Engineer to develop detailed layouts for mainlines lateral lines, valves, controllers, and pump stations.
- Produce as-built drawings reflecting actual site execution.
- Modify drawings based on site changes and consultant comments.
- Prepare irrigation material submittal drawings when required.
- Coordinate with landscape, civil, and electrical teams to avoid clashes.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and Saudi standards.
- Maintain organized drawing records and revision logs.
- Support quantity take-offs from irrigation drawings when required.
Education
Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering / Agricultural Engineering / Drafting or related field
Experience
- Minimum 35 years of experience in irrigation drafting
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and Irrigation software's
- Experience in landscape projects in Saudi Arabia preferred
- Knowledge of irrigation components (HDPE, PVC, valves, controllers, drip systems)
Location
Jeddah and willing to relocate to Riyadh
