It Administrator

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented IT Administrator to support our internal IT operations. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their IT career looking to gain hands-on experience. Full training and mentorship will be provided.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Assist in maintaining and monitoring IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Support in setting up new systems, configuring user access, and managing user accounts
• Coordinate with external vendors for software, hardware, and IT services
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and technical support tickets
• Ensure data security and backup systems are functioning properly
• Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures
• Support the team in day-to-day administrative tasks related to IT operations

Salary: AED 10,000 13,000 per month (depending on experience) + Benefits

Qualification:

• University Graduate in Information Technology or Computer Science

Experience:

• Prior experience in any industry or field is welcome
• On-the-Job Training will be provided by the IT Department

• Open to UAE Nationals only with a valid UAE Family Book
• Preference for candidates residing in the Emirate of Dubai
