Role Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Train employees on the proper use of IT systems and software.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base for IT systems and procedures.
• Troubleshoot network issues and optimize network performance.
• Respond to security incidents and mitigate risks to the company's IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
