The IT Applications Manager leads the delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise business applications supporting luxury retail and F&B operations. The role is accountable for driving digital transformation initiatives, ensuring core systems are integrated, scalable, and aligned with business strategy.
Key platforms include Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, D365 CRM, Revel Systems (F&B POS), and a GCC-specific HRMS/Payroll platform. The role partners closely with business leaders to modernize processes, enhance customer and employee experiences, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive digital transformation programs across retail, F&B, finance, and HR applications.
- Own and govern enterprise systems including D365 F&O, D365 CRM, Revel POS, and HRMS/Payroll.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective digital solutions.
- Lead application teams and manage third-party vendors and support partners.
- Deliver application projects including upgrades, integrations, new store/outlet rollouts, and enhancements.
- Improve automation, reporting, and data visibility across the organization.
- Ensure application security, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and licensing governance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
- 4+ years managing D365 Finance & Operations and D365 CRM.
- Experience with Revel Systems or F&B POS platforms.
- Experience managing HRMS/Payroll applications (GCC-specific systems preferred).
- Proven experience delivering digital transformation or enterprise application projects.
- Strong understanding of integrations (APIs), SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform.
