Job Description
Provide support to ICT Engineer in supporting the maintenance of all ICT equipment in the school.
Install, configure and maintain all ICT equipment.
Set up equipment in offices, classrooms, and labs. Set up accounts and profiles for all users.
Responsible for booting systems and preloading software in preparation for classroom lessons
Maintain a current inventory of hardware, software and passwords.
