Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases aligned with IT architecture and delivery standards.
- Conduct as-is and to-be process analysis, identifying gaps, dependencies, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to guarantee alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions.
- Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with data, AI, and product teams to define data requirements, KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics.
Technology Enabler
- Work closely with multiple business functions to understand strategic goals and translate them into reliable, scalable technical solutions.
- Support the design and implementation of innovative solutions for digital and physical events, including immersive experiences leveraging VR, AR, and metaverse platforms.
- Assess and recommend AI-driven tools (e.g., automation, predictive insights, personalization) to improve customer engagement and streamline business processes.
- Ensure technology solutions align with enterprise standards, security, scalability, and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Act as a critical liaison between regional business teams, IT, vendors, and external partners to ensure shared understanding and seamless execution.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional alignment sessions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare and deliver clear, executive-level presentations, reports, and solution walkthroughs.
Project Management & Execution
- Support or lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including business cases, requirement documents, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
- Track budgets, timelines, risks, and KPIs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Identify and proactively mitigate risks, issues, and blockers across business and technical streams.
- Work effectively in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments, ensuring continuous value delivery.
Innovation & Emerging Technology Integration
- Stay informed about emerging trends in AI, AR, VR, automation, and the metaverse, assessing their applicability to business use cases.
- Propose, pilot, and evaluate innovative solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and brand engagement.
- Promote continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and encouraging experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of digital roadmaps and innovation pipelines across the region.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, IT, or technology-focused roles with strong stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience working on digital transformation or technology-enabled projects.
- Solid knowledge of requirements gathering techniques, process modeling, UAT, and Agile delivery.
- Experience with AI tools, AR/VR platforms, or metaverse environments is highly desirable.
- Project management experience; PMP, Agile, Scrum, or BA certifications are a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Highly proactive, creative, and confident professional with a structured, process-oriented mindset.
