We are seeking a motivated IT Consultant/IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technology and talent, helping our clients find the right IT professionals to meet their needs. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge and recruitment expertise.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and provide tailored consulting solutions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles based on client requirements.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit for client organizations.
• Maintain a database of candidates and track the recruitment process effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in technology and recruitment practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts and technologies, including software development, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and candidates effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with job boards, social media recruiting, and networking to source candidates.
• Strong analytical skills to assess candidate profiles and make informed hiring decisions.

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong exposure to IT Technology Hiring, Strategic Hiring, Leadership Hiring, Strategy & Consulting Hiring, GCC Hiring, and Full-Time/Permanent Recruitment.

Job Details:

Work Mode: Remote

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Experience: 1–5 Years(IT Recruitment)

Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred

Mandatory: Own laptop and reliable Wi-Fi/internet connectivity

Candidates with only C2H hiring experience will not be considered for this requirement.

Key Requirements

Strong experience in IT Recruitment / Technology Hiring

Hands-on experience in Full-Time / Permanent Hiring

Exposure to Strategic Hiring and Senior/Leadership Hiring

Experience hiring for Strategy & Consulting roles

Exposure to RPO and Permanent Hiring will be preferred

Experience hiring across IT Technology roles, preferably in areas such as:

SAP Modules

Data Analytics

Data Engineering

Data Science

Salesforce / Cloud

Oracle

AI/ML

Consulting Roles

Experience working with Enterprise Clients / Big 4 Clients will be preferred
