Job Description
As a Data Lead your Key Responsibilities are:
- Lead the Data Strategy: In this role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of the data strategy, ensuring alignment with the commercial objectives. Your strategic vision will guide the organization in leveraging data to drive business success.
- Data Plan Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a comprehensive data plan, complete with KPIs and metrics. Your expertise will be pivotal in establishing a framework to measure, monitor, and align our data efforts, driving continuous improvement.
- Technical IT Support: Provide hands-on technical support to users during the transaction phase, ensuring seamless data integration and system functionality. Your technical acumen will be instrumental in overcoming challenges and optimizing data processes.
- Data Privacy and Security: Uphold and enforce high standards of data privacy and security. As the custodian of our data assets, you will implement robust measures to safeguard sensitive information, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for the lead data position is an accomplished professional with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the FinTech or banking industry. You should demonstrate a proven track record in leading successful data initiatives, possessing a strategic mindset to align data strategies with commercial objectives.
The candidate should excel in developing comprehensive data plans with KPIs and metrics, providing hands-on technical support during transaction phases, and ensuring the highest standards of data privacy and security
