Job Title: Demand Manager - IT

Location: On site - Dubai

We are looking for IT demand management profile. Looking for someone who can manage the requirements coming from business, understands it and connects with Fusion IT team to schedule it for delivery.

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the demand planning process, ensuring the alignment between customer demand and the organization&aposs ability to deliver. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to forecast future demand accurately to support inventory management, production planning, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand Planning and Forecasting:
• Lead and manage the demand planning process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, sales input, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure forecast accuracy and effective inventory management.
• Monitor and analyze demand patterns to identify risks and opportunities.

• Collaboration and Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for demand-related issues within the organization.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely supply chain execution.
• Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to review forecast accuracy and adjust plans as necessary.

• Process Improvement:
• Continuously evaluate and refine demand planning processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Implement best practices in demand management to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze forecast errors and implement corrective actions to improve future performance.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Use forecasting tools, data analytics, and software to generate reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Monitor demand KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Inventory Optimization:
• Work closely with the supply chain team to balance inventory levels with customer demand.
• Recommend adjustments to inventory policies to ensure cost-effective operations without sacrificing service levels.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.

Strong understanding of demand forecasting methods, inventory management, and supply chain dynamics.

Strong Excel and data analysis skills; ability to work with large datasets.

Familiarity with ERP systems and other business management software.

Soft Skills:Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
