A well-established FMCG manufacturing company is seeking an IT Director to drive digital transformation and optimize internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall IT and digital strategy in line with business objectives.
- Oversee enterprise systems, infrastructure, and business applications across multiple locations.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure strong cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Manage ERP platforms and core IT systems supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Lead vendor and supplier relationships, including contract management and performance governance.
- Build, lead, and develop IT teams across cybersecurity, help desk, and business applications.
- Manage IT budgets, investments, and cost optimisation initiatives.
Key Ingredients
- Saudi national, in line with Saudi Arabia's regulatory requirements.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with advanced qualifications considered an advantage.
- Senior IT leadership experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments.
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation across complex, multi-site operations.
- Strong exposure to cybersecurity, infrastructure, help desk operations, and enterprise applications.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems, cloud technologies, and data security.
- Confident leader with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
