IT Enterprise Applications Architect

Key Accountabilities:

• Managing a growing application portfolio and integration landscape
• Driving application rationalization and cost optimization
• Standardizing solution design and integration patterns
• Ensuring alignment between business capabilities and enterprise systems
• Supporting modernization and digital transformation initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in IT architecture, with a strong background in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, and system design.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and leading architecture teams.
• Strong understanding of business processes, IT systems, and their inter-dependencies.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural methodologies, frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIAN), and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to balance long-term vision with practical implementation.
• Knowledge about Agile ways of working is a plus
