Job Description Implement the department's strategy to support and achieve the IT station's objectives.
Execute tasks related to the implementation of new IT systems across the site.
Submit hardware and software requests to the procurement department.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and related administrative settings.
Set up workstations for new employees, including all required hardware and software.
Install, configure, and manage local scanners and printers.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on workstations and laptops, ensuring all devices receive the latest software updates.
Ensure timely implementation of software security patches and updates.
Monitor local server health, branch connectivity, and call center systems through the PRTG monitoring system.
Handle GCS cases and ensure timely resolution on a daily basis.
Manage local SQL servers where applicable.
Maintain an up-to-date annual inventory of all IT assets, including hardware and software.
Supervise and follow up on tasks assigned to external IT service providers.
Coordinate and follow up with internet and telecom service providers.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared objectives.
Engage in continuous self-development and enhancement of technical skills.
Facilitate smooth and effective information flow both horizontally and vertically within the organization.
Achieve assigned annual KPIs and work on identified skill gaps for continuous improvement.
Provide consistent IT support to all employees across the country.
Ensure timely resolution of all employee Help Desk requests within the defined SLA.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or any relecant field.
- 1-2 years of experience.in a similar role.
- Very Good command of English, with strond communication skills.
- Flexibility to rotate between different locations.
