Overview:
The IT Governance and Projects Principal Analyst supports the implementation, monitoring, and enforcement of IT compliance policies and controls across the organization. The role ensures that IT systems and processes comply with regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements through regular assessments, documentation, and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce IT compliance policies and standards across systems and teams.
- Conduct and manage regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure policy awareness and adherence.
- Document compliance findings and support remediation efforts.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, or related field.
Experience:
- 46 years of experience in IT compliance or audit functions.
- Understanding of IT risk, controls, and regulatory environments.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and policies.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
