Persistence Recruitment, in collaboration with Jawraa a leading Digital Transformation Company, is seeking a motivated IT Governance Coordinator to contribute to the success of the ambitious project of Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund's Sovereign Fund Culture and Tourism Destination Giga-Project.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Organization:
- Take responsibility for planning and organizing various IT governance activities and projects
- Ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
Communication Facilitation:
- Act as a central point of contact, facilitating effective communication between different teams, departments, and individuals involved in IT governance
Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing the progress of IT governance activities and projects
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders
Problem Analysis and Solution Proposal:
- Analyze problems related to IT governance processes and propose effective solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT governance practices
Support and Assistance:
- Provide support and assistance to team members involved in IT governance initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks
Quality Assurance:
- Take responsibility for ensuring that IT governance activities and projects adhere to established quality standards
- Implement quality assurance processes to enhance overall project quality
Requirements
