Develop templates, checklists, and best practice documents to assist IT teams in adhering to standards.
Develop communication strategies and materials to promote awareness and understanding of IT policies and standards across the organization.
Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to identify non-compliance areas, gaps, and potential risks.
Work closely with incident management and problem management teams to analyze performance-related incidents and problems, identify root causes, contribute to resolution efforts, and implement preventive measures to minimize recurrence. Coordinate post-incident reviews and lessons learned activities
Facilitate initiatives to continuously improve IT performance and service delivery. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to performance management.
Job Specification:
Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business administration or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
+1 Years experience in IT risk management or a related role
Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, such as COBIT, ITIL, or ISO 38500
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to IT governance, risk management, and compliance
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
