Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Operations

  • Respond to IT support tickets and provide assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Troubleshoot Level 1 & 2 technical issues related to Windows/Mac environments.
  • Perform system checks, updates, and maintenance for optimal performance

Project Assistance

  • Support IT-related projects, including documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes (device allocation, access setup)

Security & Compliance

  • Monitor IT systems for security threats and assist in implementing security policies.
  • Participate in risk assessments and incident response activities.

A/V & Facility Systems

  • Manage and maintain A/V systems for meetings and events.
  • Oversee access control systems, CCTV, and smart devices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of:
  • Operating systems (Windows, Mac)
  • Networking fundamentals
  • ITSM/ticketing tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
