Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Operations
- Respond to IT support tickets and provide assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot Level 1 & 2 technical issues related to Windows/Mac environments.
- Perform system checks, updates, and maintenance for optimal performance
Project Assistance
- Support IT-related projects, including documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes (device allocation, access setup)
Security & Compliance
- Monitor IT systems for security threats and assist in implementing security policies.
- Participate in risk assessments and incident response activities.
A/V & Facility Systems
- Manage and maintain A/V systems for meetings and events.
- Oversee access control systems, CCTV, and smart devices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of:
- Operating systems (Windows, Mac)
- Networking fundamentals
- ITSM/ticketing tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
