Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

Location: Riyadh
Core Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle database environments
- Perform database performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Manage backup and recovery processes
- Support high-availability solutions (Oracle RAC and Data Guard)
- Perform database patching, upgrades, and capacity planning
- Ensure database security, integrity, and availability
- Handle day-to-day database administration operations
- Monitor database performance and resolve incidents/issues
- Support database configuration and release activities
- Work with IT teams to support application and database requirements
- Perform root-cause analysis for database-related issues
- Maintain documentation related to database configurations and procedures
- Coordinate with vendors for database-related support, maintenance, and issue resolution
- Follow IT quality standards, operational procedures, and service management frameworks
- Analyzing current and future business needs and leads the project feasibility study with respect to system application requirements.
- Evaluates and implements new technologies, policies and procedures for business operations.
- Prepares technical design and procedural documentation using Microsoft application software such as Word, Visio and Power point.
- Provides support for all implementations related to Oracle, EBMS, Document Management System, Microsoft applications, etc.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
- Prior 3-7 years of strong technical experience in IT Oracle databases technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle database installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, Data Guard, database patching, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
