Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads and essential employees, to secure their support and buy-in for infrastructure projects.
Resource Management: Effectively manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to optimize project performance.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, minimizing project disruptions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all infrastructure projects adhere to required quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures.
