Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in IT infrastructure.

Identify and acquire new business opportunities within mid-size to enterprise clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and account retention.

Understand client needs and propose appropriate IT infrastructure solutions (hardware, servers, storage, networking, cloud, security, etc.).

Collaborate with internal technical teams and vendors to prepare proposals, quotes, and RFP responses.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, presentations, pricing negotiations, to deal closure.

Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and vendor offerings (e.g., HPE, Aruba,Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Fortinet, Lenovo etc.).

Attend industry events, vendor meetings, and client presentations to promote the company's services and capabilities.

Maintain accurate records of pipeline activities and prepare regular sales reports.

Ensure timely collections, renewals, and upselling to existing accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pervious experience in handling Enterprise and government clients.

5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or enterprise solution sales in the UAE/GCC (KSA market)

In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT products ( ELV, CCTV, servers, storage, cabling and networking, virtualization, cloud, etc.).

Strong connections with vendors, distributors, and enterprise clients.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
