Assist the IT team with day-to-day operational tasks and projects
Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues for users
Contribute to the documentation of IT processes and procedures
Participate in IT projects as assigned, providing support as needed
Learn and apply best practices related to IT support and data management
Engage with team members to gain practical knowledge in various areas of IT
Requirements
IT or Computer Science student or fresh graduate
Strong foundation in hardware, Windows, and networking basics
Background in cloud infrastructure fundamentals (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or OCI)
Understanding of infrastructure basics (servers, storage, and networking)
Good IT troubleshooting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good command of English (reading, writing, and communication)
Familiar with and responsive to modern technologies, including AI tools
Fast learner with strong communication skills
