Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Officer to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure and end-user systems. This role involves providing day-

to-day technical support for employees, maintaining IT security, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support for 50+ employees, including company-issued laptops, mobile phones, and iPads.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and mobile devices.
  • Manage and monitor CCTV systems, including backup and storage.
  • Perform and maintain laptop data backups and recovery procedures.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Fortinet Firewall and network security policies.
  • Manage biometric attendance systems, including device configuration and user management.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and scanners.
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity).
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT hardware and software support.
  • Ensure IT assets are tracked, maintained, and compliant with company policies.

  • Required Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting.
  • Basic to intermediate experience with Fortinet Firewall.
  • Hands-on experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
  • Experience with CCTV, biometric systems, and printers.
  • Ability to manage backups and ensure data security.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Preferred Qualification:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
