Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Officer to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure and end-user systems. This role involves providing day-
to-day technical support for employees, maintaining IT security, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for 50+ employees, including company-issued laptops, mobile phones, and iPads.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and mobile devices.
- Manage and monitor CCTV systems, including backup and storage.
- Perform and maintain laptop data backups and recovery procedures.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Fortinet Firewall and network security policies.
- Manage biometric attendance systems, including device configuration and user management.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and scanners.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity).
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT hardware and software support.
- Ensure IT assets are tracked, maintained, and compliant with company policies.
- Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting.
- Basic to intermediate experience with Fortinet Firewall.
- Hands-on experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
- Experience with CCTV, biometric systems, and printers.
- Ability to manage backups and ensure data security.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
