Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Operations Executive to manage and support our logistics IT ecosystem, including e-commerce platforms, WMS, servers, networks, and internal users. The role will work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across our 3PL facility.
Key Responsibilities
Application & Platform Management
- Manage and support Shopify, WooCommerce (multi-tenant architecture), and UPayment integrations.
- Handle client requirements, changes, testing, and issue resolution.
- Test applications and APIs before deployment and during ongoing enhancements.
- Coordinate with developers and vendors for fixes and improvements.
- Track and manage ongoing IT projects and operational tasks.
WMS & Logistics Systems
- Manage, support, and troubleshoot Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations.
- Assist operations team with WMS user issues, configurations, and reports.
- Coordinate system changes related to inbound, outbound, inventory, and integrations.
- Server & Infrastructure
- Manage in-house application hosted on 3rd Party server.
- Monitor server performance, uptime, backups, and basic security.
- Coordinate with hosting providers or vendors when required.
Network & Hardware Support
- Manage local network, switches, routers, printers, scanners, and warehouse IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot all hardware and software issues across office and warehouse.
- Ensure minimal downtime for operations.
Access & Security
- Manage user roles and access control across applications and systems.
- Ensure proper IT access governance for employees and clients.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as point of contact for IT-related projects, vendors, and external partners.
- Translate business requirements into IT actions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 36 years experience in IT support / systems / operations.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and WooCommerce.
- Experience supporting WMS or ERP systems (logistics experience is a big plus).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
- Servers (Linux/Windows)
- Networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
- APIs & application testing
- Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
- Experience working in warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in 3PL, logistics, e-commerce, or warehousing.
- Knowledge of payment gateways (UPayment or similar).
- Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and stakeholders.
- Good documentation and reporting habits.

- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operations environment
- Comfortable supporting both office and warehouse teams
