Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for end-user devices and standard applications
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Handle IT incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
  • Monitor daily IT operations and ensure service availability
  • Support LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and basic network issues
  • Monitor and manage basic server operations as assigned
  • Monitor backup processes and report any failures
  • Maintain IT assets inventory and device lifecycle tracking
  • Prepare and configure devices for new users (onboarding)
  • Ensure endpoint security policies and updates are applied
  • Maintain documentation and prepare periodic IT reports
  • Coordinate with vendors and assist in IT-related tasks and projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT operations or a similar role
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS and common business applications
  • Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting
  • Experience with user support, devices, and IT operations
  • Fluency in English is required
  • The Hindi language is an advantage
  • Experience in a GCC environment is preferred
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
