Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, with a deep understanding of IT projects and the ability to oversee successful implementations. This role requires the management of key projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Ensure resources are allocated efficiently and deadlines are met.
  • Manage risks and issues, providing timely resolutions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear documentation throughout the project life cycle.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in IT-related projects.
  • Strong experience with project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
  • Proven track record of managing complex IT projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
  • ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification is a plus.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
