Job Description

Job Scope:

The IT Project Manager is accountable for handling clients technical projects in areas including state-of-the-art data centers, enterprise networking, cloud and IOT to name a few. S/He handles projects from initiation to closing through coordinating the needed resources, tracking/controlling and measuring/reporting progress, activities, cost and risks.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes as per signed agreement
  • Ensure all projects delivered fall within time, scope, quality and cost constraints
  • Assist in the definition of project success criteria and objectives involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and desired quality
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and cost using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance and manage issues and risks using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Manage and maintain solid relationships with the client and all stakeholders
  • Run project status meetings with clients as required and develop related reports accordingly
  • Develop and manage project dependencies
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Achieve professional certifications related to the scope of work

Talent Development:

  • Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership
  • Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or any other related field
  • PMP/PRINCE II certification
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience
