The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, particularly in technology-driven environments, and will be responsible for driving projects that enhance our digital capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Transformation Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are met
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and manage project timelines to ensure successful delivery
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively
- Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management
- Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during project implementations
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Project Management: Demonstrated expertise in prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Team Management: Experience in leading and managing projects with distributed teams, fostering collaboration and communication across various locations
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building capabilities, facilitating effective teamwork and collaboration
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred
