Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing Temenos software projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects related to Temenos software implementations and upgrades for Financial domain client
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and issues.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and standards in project management methodologies.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to team members and end-users on Temenos applications.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in IT project management, specifically with Temenos software.
- Proven experience in leading complex IT projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with Temenos T24 or Transact banking software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
