Job Description

  • Lead a team of QA professionals in the creation and execution of test plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies for new and existing products.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend best practices.
  • Facilitating defect triage sessions and collaborating with developers in resolving issues.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members.
  • Review test artifacts and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in both manual and automated testing approaches
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies is a plus
