IT Sales Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Student role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Student will support project teams by assisting with basic technical tasks, documenting requirements, and helping prepare reports and presentations. Daily activities may include shadowing senior consultants and engineers, participating in training sessions, conducting guided research on IT solutions, and contributing to internal knowledge bases. The Student will also help with organizing project materials, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time. This role is designed to provide structured learning and hands-on exposure to Raqmeyat's services and tools in a professional environment.
Qualifications

• Interest in information technology, including areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, or business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Strong research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to support project and learning activities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document information and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a full-time on-site setting.
• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field) is preferred.
• Willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and a proactive approach to acquiring new technical and professional skills.
• Comfort working in a multicultural environment and interest in the Middle East and Africa IT landscape is an advantage.
