Role Overview

Swan Global is launching its dedicated IT Staffing & Talent Solutions vertical and is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead business development, client acquisition, and account growth across Qatar's IT services, digital transformation, and technology consulting ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong networks across Enterprise, Government, Banking, Energy, and IT Services sectors and be responsible for establishing Swan Global as a preferred IT staffing partner.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients in IT, Digital, Telecom, Banking, Government, Consulting, and Technology domains.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of IT staffing requirements (contract, permanent, project-based).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with Swan Global's growth roadmap.
  • Conduct regular market mapping to identify emerging IT projects, digital initiatives, and staffing opportunities.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and HR stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and service reviews.
  • Ensure strong delivery coordination between recruitment, operations, and clients.

3. Solution Selling

  • Present Swan Global's IT staffing capabilities and value propositions clearly and confidently.
  • Propose customized staffing solutions (onsite/offsite/remote, contract/permanent, project-specific).
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across Swan Global's other business units.

4. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

  • Track IT talent trends, salary benchmarks, and market demand.
  • Monitor competitor activities, new entrants, and pricing patterns.
  • Recommend improvements in offerings, pricing strategy, and service delivery.

5. Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with IT recruiters to ensure high-quality and timely submissions.
  • Share accurate job briefs, technical understanding, and client expectations with the recruitment team.
  • Support proposal creation, tender submissions, and documentation as required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly revenue and GP targets achieved.
  • Number of new client accounts opened.
  • Pipeline value and conversion ratio.
  • Client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Time-to-fill and submission-to-selection ratios.

Required Skills & Experience

Professional Experience

  • 7-10 years of sales or business development experience in IT Staffing, IT Recruitment, or Tech Consulting.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles (e.g., Developers, Cloud, Cybersecurity, ERP, Data, Network, PMO).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a staffing or manpower business.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong client relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical job descriptions and assess candidate suitability.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong market awareness of Qatar's IT ecosystem.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Additional certifications in Sales or IT Staffing (optional but beneficial).
