The IT Security Lead at Transmed is a senior technical and strategic role dedicated to safeguarding business infrastructure, data, and digital services. This position balances hands-on technical management with high-level governance to ensure a resilient security posture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategy & Governance: Establishing security policies and standards (ISO 27001) while managing the IT security budget and vendor evaluations.
- Risk & Compliance: Overseeing IAM processes, conducting regular vulnerability assessments, and managing security audits to identify and mitigate risks.
- Technical Defense: Deploying and optimizing firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and encryption mechanisms to protect data at rest and in transit.
- Incident Response: Leading the response to security threats, conducting post-incident reviews, and executing security drills to test disaster recovery procedures.
- Security Culture: Promoting company-wide security awareness and reporting directly to senior leadership on risks and resolution strategies.
Key Qualifications:
- Leadership & Project Management: Proven experience in senior or managerial security roles, with the ability to lead complex security initiatives on time and within budget.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in infrastructure, network, and systems security, including cloud technologies, cryptography, and security protocols.
