We are looking for a talented IT Senior Business Applications Analyst to join our team! This role is key in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that our systems meet business requirements and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
- Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Work with developers and architects to design solutions aligned with business goals.
- Create detailed business, functional, and technical specifications, including process flows and user stories.
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
- Develop test cases, assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate solution effectiveness.
- Provide end-user training and documentation for smooth system adoption.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure smooth project rollouts.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in an insurtech environment.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and business processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Jira, or similar.
- Experience with change management and CI/CD pipelines
