Supervise the inspection and integrity of new systems that are connected to the devices used in the Bank and in accordance with the work instructions
Follow up the processes for preventing issues and malfunctions, that may face operating systems / databases, banking systems and payment systems of all kinds. Work to solve technical problems from the root cause to prevent their recurrence, making sure they do no cause work disruptions or delays
Ensure that users are identified, and that databases, application servers, systems applications /operating systems are downloaded and connected on the main devices of the Bank in a manner that meets work requirements and instructions, and the approved authority matrix
Supervise / provide technical support for databases, application server, systems applications on main devices and apply modifications/updates to them according to what is received from concerned parties and change management mechanisms and associated work procedures
Manage the main banking and payment systems of all kinds. Ensure their connection with local and international networks, based on the directives and instructions of the direct manager
Provide the necessary support to companies contracted for the supply and maintenance of IT, to facilitate their work and achieve the required objectives of IT
Requirements
University degree in computer engineering, telecommunications engineering, computer science, or any related discipline. Practical experience of at least (5) years in the job function
Full knowledge of spoken and written English
Competent use of computers and various application systems
Ability to motivate and work effectively in a team
Full knowledge of the policies and procedures that govern work and their internal and external updates
Full knowledge of different operating systems
Full knowledge of the network systems used in the Bank
Knowledge of laws, legislative frameworks, instructions and regulations issued by the regulatory authorities
Ability to communicate and interact well with others
