Job Description

  • This role ensures full compliance with local and international regulatory obligations, particularly those issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA). This role would require close collaboration with the various outsourcing and third-party risk management
  • Due Diligence & Onboarding: Execute end-to-end IT vendor onboarding, performing risk assessments (data privacy, cyber, operational) for new and existing vendors.
  • Outsourcing Governance: Ensure compliance with local regulatory guidelines regarding outsourcing (e.g., MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing), including maintaining the Outsourcing Register for IT Asia.
  • Continuous Monitoring: Perform ongoing performance reviews, track remediation actions, and conduct onsite visits for material outsourcing arrangements.
  • Performs internal controls of processes under Service Management and ensure compliance to the process.
  • Coordinates any improvements and address any gaps identified during the control or audit review process for Service Management team.
  • Performs review of Non-functional Requirement under IT Service Management for all projects..
  • Supports IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) activities for IT Asia Pacific including coordination with IT & Business across different locations.
  • Ensures regulatory guidelines are met with respect to the ITSCM area.
  • Coordinates across different applications support and project teams for the requirements and implementation of batch automation and job scheduling.
  • Coordinates all audit related activities for Service Management team and make sure all requests are addressed.
  • Candidates must have least 10 years of experience in third-party risk, vendor management, or technology risk.
  • Strong working knowledge of local regulations (e.g., Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), MAS TRM and TPRM Guidelines, or HKMA guidelines for Hong Kong)
  • Understanding of IT risks, cyber security controls, data protection, and cloud computing.
  • Certifications such as CTPRP, CISA, CISM, or CISSP are highly preferred.
  • Candidates must have exposure to technical requirements analysis, planning, configuration Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills to engage with vendors and internal senior stakeholders.
  • Candidate must have exposure to technical requirement analysis, planning and coordination.
  • Good understanding of Internal Control processes and execution
  • Knowledge of ITL concepts. ITIL certification on master level would be of great benefit.
  • Knowledge and good exposure to different IT Service Management processes, preferably Change & Release Management, Incident Management and Application Support
  • Understanding of bank and regulatory policies and directives.
  • Good understanding of IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM).
