Position: IT Specialist
Location: Riyadh / Jeddah (Candidates must be based in KSA)
Contract Duration: March 2026 - May 2026 (3 months contract)
We are hiring for several IT roles to support a major international sporting event in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These roles include: ICT Support, IT Infrastructure, and IT Security. This role will ensure seamless IT operations across competition and non-competition venues, supporting all technical and operational systems.
ICT Support Specialist
- Provide day-to-day IT support for staff, volunteers, and operational teams across venues
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Assist with installation and configuration of computers, printers, and other devices
- Support event-specific applications and helpdesk systems
IT Infrastructure Specialist
- Plan, deploy, and maintain networking, servers, and communication systems across venues
- Configure LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and event-specific IT platforms
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware and infrastructure installation
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and operational readiness of all IT systems
IT Security Specialist
- Implement and monitor IT security protocols across all venues and operational systems
- Manage user access, authentication, and permissions in critical applications
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing
- Respond to security incidents and ensure compliance with data protection standards
Requirements (All IT Roles)
- Proven experience in relevant IT discipline (support, infrastructure, or security)
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, hardware, and software
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Experience in event operations or high-pressure environments is a plus
- Native Arabic Speaker
