About the Role:
The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to employees and resolving any IT-related issues. they will also be responsible for analyzing, testing, troubleshooting, and evaluating existing network systems, performing network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption
Responsibilities:
Install and configure software and hardware components of computer and network systems, ex: OS, software, networks, printers and scanners.
Perform diagnostic tests and maintenance procedures.
Verify functionality of hardware and software components.
Troubleshoot PCs and CeBoxes (Digital PCs) issues.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues onsite, remotely and via phone.
Manage users accounts on WindowsNT (add, delete, edit & reset password) in Active directory (AD).
Solve any basic network issues for users (Hardware Software).
Configuring and moving SW ports from VLAN to another VLAN.
Other assigned duties as requested.
Qualifications:
2 years experience as an IT Specialist.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Expertise in managing multiple tasks.
Very good command of the English language, with very good verbal and written skills.
