Job Description
- Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques.
- Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Manage Azure, Cisco services, technologies, and platforms.
- Create workflows with Power Automate.
- Install, configure, and maintain software/hardware systems.
- Analyze support problems and security issues.
- Maintain software installations and document processes.
The Successful Applicant
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a professional services role is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English are a must.
