Job Brief
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on
IT Specialist to support daily IT operations and ensure smooth technical functionality across the office. This role focuses on providing technical support, maintaining systems, and resolving IT issues efficiently.
The ideal candidate has basic to intermediate IT experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and is comfortable supporting users in a fast-paced work environment.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and office IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot system, internet, and email issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Support users with basic IT requests and day-to-day technical problems.
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure data security, system access control, and basic IT compliance.
- Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when needed.
- Perform routine system checks and basic maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and office IT systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must be a resident of Madinaty, El Shorouk, or nearby areas.
