Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Specialist located in Markaz El Mahalet El Kobra. The IT Specialist will oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and networks. Daily responsibilities include monitoring and resolving technical issues, ensuring network security, providing technical support to users, and maintaining optimal network performance through updates and troubleshooting. The role also involves implementing solutions to improve and optimize IT processes within the organization.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Design, install, and configure Domain Controllers (Active Directory) and manage user accounts, groups, and policies.
Join user computers to the domain and maintain domain security and structure.
Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and cabling.
Set up, configure, and troubleshoot wireless access points and network connectivity.
Manage user access rights, permissions, and authentication.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor system performance, backups, and security updates.
Document network topology, configurations, and procedures.
Requirements:
Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.
Hands-on experience in network and access point setup and configuration.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
