As an IT Supervisor, you will oversee IT systems and support operations, ensuring system stability, security, and efficient technical support while maintaining smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the continuity, stability, and security of all IT systems and networks.
- Monitor system performance, usage, and future requirements, and recommend improvements as needed.
- Research, recommend, and implement new hardware, software, and applications to support business and operational needs.
- Develop, implement, and maintain disaster recovery and data protection plans.
- Analyze business requirements and provide effective technical solutions to improve efficiency and data flow.
- Oversee system testing, troubleshooting, and integration to minimize downtime and data redundancy.
- Manage network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Lead, prioritize, and support the IT team, providing technical guidance and training.
- Review service delivery and project progress, and report status updates to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in IT support, systems, or project management; supervisory experience is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics systems is required.
- Strong knowledge of information systems, networks, software applications, and database management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and professional approach to work.
