Since our team is expanding, we are looking for a talented IT Support Engineer to join us.
About the Role:
As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, resolving issues both on-site and remotely. You will play a key role in maintaining and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will include managing endpoint security, enrolling devices in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, and maintaining accurate IT asset and equipment logs.
You will support and configure Windows and macOS environments, as well as manage the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Azure and Intune.
The role involves hands-on support for network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and access points, as well as experience with CCTV configuration and support. You will handle user onboarding and offboarding, mailbox and account management, and contribute to small to medium-sized IT projects.
You will work closely with the IT Manager to escalate critical issues, support ongoing IT initiatives, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Flexibility in working hours and occasional travel to other group locations may be required.
About You:
You have strong technical knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365 (Office 365), Azure, and Intune. You possess solid networking fundamentals and hands-on experience supporting network devices such as firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
You are experienced in configuring and deploying hardware, installing authorized software, and ensuring systems are kept up to date with the latest security patches and updates. Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools and structured incident management is essential.
You are well-organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset allow you to work efficiently with users and IT leadership.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, or Azure are considered an advantage.
