Job Title: IT Support Executive
Location: Kuwait
Salary: 400+ KWD
Visa Requirement: Transferable Visa (Article 18)
Job Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Support
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (Mandatory)
Responsibilities
Desktop Support & Troubleshooting
IT Documentation
IT Asset Inventory Management
Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches)
Installation and troubleshooting computer related hardware and other office equipments
Installation and troubleshooting Printers and Scanners
Attend any support calls/troubleshooting network problems and any computer related hardware problems.
Create user profile on PC with email and applications
Support users in all computers related - file storage and file troubleshooting.
Regularly check for antivirus protection and maintaining the systems up to date.
Good command of English (Written & Spoken)
