About the Role

The IT Support (Tier 3) role is responsible for providing advanced infrastructure and systems support across virtualized, cloud, and enterprise server environments. The position involves managing complex incidents, maintaining high-availability systems, and supporting critical platforms to ensure secure, stable, and uninterrupted IT operations.

About You

Ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise systems support.
  • Relevant certifications such as Nutanix Certified Professional, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert or equivalent.
  • Strong hands-on experience with VMware (ESX, vCenter, Converter) and Microsoft Hyper-V, including clustering and load balancing.
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting Citrix products (XenApp, XenDesktop, XenServer).
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Server environments and enterprise applications including Exchange, SQL, SCCM, SCVMM, and TMG.
  • Experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Proven ability to support and troubleshoot HP, Dell, and IBM enterprise servers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently on critical issues.
