Job Summary
We are urgently seeking four experienced IT Technicians to provide on-site and remote technical support services. The selected candidates will primarily be based at the office, with occasional visits to rig sites as required. This role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to support end-users efficiently in both office and remote environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot system, connectivity, and application issues.
- Support users remotely using remote access tools.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests.
- Assist with IT asset management and documentation.
- Provide on-site support at rig locations when required.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for escalations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Technician / IT Support Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and IT troubleshooting.
- Experience in supporting users remotely.
- Ability to work in office environments with occasional site visits (rig sites).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate availability preferred due to urgent requirement.

- Total Resources Required: 4 IT Technicians
- 2 Positions Oman
- 2 Positions Kuwait
- Primary Work Location: Office-based (with occasional rig site visits)
- Engagement Model: Monthly billing (site-based)
- Visa and medical insurance to be provided by the deploying company.
