Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 03 years of IT support experience (fresh graduates encouraged).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and ITSM/ticketing tools.
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Preferred: Experience with A/V systems, CCTV, UPS, and facility tech.
