IT Systems & Technical Support Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable IT Systems & Technical Support Specialist to support the company's IT infrastructure and assist users with day-to-day technical issues. The role involves maintaining system stability, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring smooth operation of internal systems and digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for company users and internal systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Support business applications and assist users in daily system operations.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
- Support PBX/VoIP systems, company domains, email services, and websites.
- Monitor system performance and ensure system availability.
- Coordinate with external vendors when required.
- Maintain documentation and follow IT support procedures.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT Support or Systems Administration.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and business systems.
- Experience supporting business applications or ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
