Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT with strong exposure to systems, infrastructure, and IT operations
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role overseeing IT systems or operations teams
- Strong knowledge of IT systems operations, service delivery, and infrastructure management
- Experience in vendor management, contract administration, and SLA monitoring
- Solid understanding of incident, problem, and change management practices
- Experience in business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and risk management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, make sound decisions, and resolve operational issues effectively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments is preferred
