Job Description

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair PC Hardware, Printers, and other IT peripherals.
  • Install networking equipment such as Network Cabling, Network Switches, Access Points and Network Printers etc. when required.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain all approved collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader, WinZip/WinRAR, McAfee Virus Scan, client etc.
  • Provide 2nd layer support related to Advanced Troubleshooting.
  • Analyze problems and develop creative solutions by research and vendor resources.
  • Register, prioritize and follow up all tasks using IT ServiceDesk application.
  • Follow standard IT ServiceDesk procedures to support users within the time specified to avoid SLA violations.
  • Follow strictly and perform preventive maintenance tasks effectively as scheduled.
  • Perform appropriate hardware and software upgrades.
  • Monitor, analyze and report reliability and performance issues.
  • Participate in different project tasks as assigned.
  • Provide occasional after-hours and weekend support.
  • Continuous working experience with similar Hardware and Software environment.
  • Microsoft Operating Systems.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hardware Installation/Troubleshooting.
  • Software Installation/Troubleshooting.
  • LAN/WLAN Troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • University Graduate (Masters/Bachelors in Computer Sciences/Engineering).
  • Hardware Diploma (A+ or equivalent).
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) preferred.
  • Inter Connecting Cisco Devices (ICND) preferred.
