Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair PC Hardware, Printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Install networking equipment such as Network Cabling, Network Switches, Access Points and Network Printers etc. when required.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain all approved collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader, WinZip/WinRAR, McAfee Virus Scan, client etc.
- Provide 2nd layer support related to Advanced Troubleshooting.
- Analyze problems and develop creative solutions by research and vendor resources.
- Register, prioritize and follow up all tasks using IT ServiceDesk application.
- Follow standard IT ServiceDesk procedures to support users within the time specified to avoid SLA violations.
- Follow strictly and perform preventive maintenance tasks effectively as scheduled.
- Perform appropriate hardware and software upgrades.
- Monitor, analyze and report reliability and performance issues.
- Participate in different project tasks as assigned.
- Provide occasional after-hours and weekend support.
- Continuous working experience with similar Hardware and Software environment.
- Microsoft Operating Systems.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hardware Installation/Troubleshooting.
- Software Installation/Troubleshooting.
- LAN/WLAN Troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- University Graduate (Masters/Bachelors in Computer Sciences/Engineering).
- Hardware Diploma (A+ or equivalent).
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) preferred.
- Inter Connecting Cisco Devices (ICND) preferred.
