Job Title: IT User Support Specialist

Location: Qatar

Experience: 2–4 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive IT User Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations for end users. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and applications
  • Respond to user queries via phone, email, or ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required
  • Maintain IT assets and documentation

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support / helpdesk
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
  • Good communication skills
  • Arabic is a plus
